This Privacy Policy and User Consent Agreement ("Agreement") forms a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Consumer") and Don Concepts ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the legal operators of the Don Verse App.

By tapping "I AGREE" during the registration process, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and applicable international privacy laws. If you tap "I DISAGREE," you will be denied access to create an account or interact with the Don Verse App platform.

2. Data We Collect

We collect personal and technical data essential for game optimization, player tracking, and account security:

• Account Data: Full name, display username, email address, phone number, and encrypted password during registration.
• Game Session & Interaction Data: Player scores, card game choices (including Truth or Dare prompts), active session logs, game mode selections, and entitlements unlocked (e.g., skip cards, points multipliers).
• Technical & Analytics Data: Device IP address, device model, operating system, app session duration, and unique mobile device identifiers.

3. Lawful Basis & Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed based on your explicit consent given upon registration and the performance of a contract to deliver Don Verse App services. We process your data to:

1. Maintain your game profile, player statistics, and live scoreboard standings.
2. Manage in-game entitlements, penalties, and reward allocations.
3. Prevent fraud, multi-accounting, or automated cheating within game sessions.
4. Issue account security alerts and essential updates regarding app features.

4. User Entitlements & Card Game Content

• User-Generated & In-Game Prompts: Participation in Don Verse categories (such as Truth or Dare) is entirely voluntary. Users retain autonomy to accept, skip, or forfeit prompts according to the active game rules.
• Entitlements Tracking: In-app entitlements (e.g., points, reward passes) generated during gameplay are tied strictly to your registered User profile and are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted under game rules.

5. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosures

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share processed data with:

• Cloud Infrastructure & Database Providers: Secure cloud hosting services operating under strict non-disclosure and data protection agreements.
• Legal Authorities: Where mandatory under binding legal process, court orders, or compliance obligations enforced by the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) or relevant regulatory authorities.

6. Data Security & Retention

• Security Measures: We enforce industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS/SSL in transit, AES-256 at rest) to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
• Retention: Your account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Upon written account deletion requests, personal identifiers are erased within 30 days, leaving only anonymized game analytics.

7. Your Data Subject Rights

Under the NDPA 2023 and international privacy standard laws, you hold the following rights:

• Right to Access & Rectification: Request access to or correction of your personal data held by us.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request full deletion of your user account and data.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Revoke your consent to data processing at any time by terminating your account.

8. Minors & Age Limitation

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy. Any material changes will require you to re-confirm consent prior to accessing your account.
